Design, installation, servicing and repairs for homes and businesses across London, Surrey, Sussex and Kent, carried out by F-Gas Category 1 certified engineers under our REFCOM company accreditation.
Whether it's a single bedroom unit or a full commercial system, we design, install, maintain and repair it ourselves. Choose a service to find out more.
Year-round comfort for your home: cool in summer, efficient heating in winter.
We design systems around how you use each room, keeping indoor units, pipework and outdoor condensers as discreet as possible. As a construction company too, we can build air conditioning into an extension, loft conversion or renovation from the start, with pipe runs hidden in walls and ceilings.
Reliable climate control that keeps staff comfortable and customers coming back.
From a single office to multi-floor premises, we deliver commercial systems sized to the building, its occupancy and its heat loads. Installations can be phased or carried out out of hours to keep your business running, and every system is handed over with full commissioning and F-Gas records.
Regular servicing keeps your system efficient and reliable, and when something does go wrong, we find the fault and fix it.
Our F-Gas Category 1 engineers diagnose and repair faults on all major air conditioning brands, including systems we did not install. Where refrigerant has been lost, we locate and repair the leak properly before recharging, rather than simply topping the system up.
We also offer one-off services and planned maintenance contracts for homes and businesses, including the F-Gas leak checks and records required by law for larger systems.
Low-carbon heating and hot water that can replace a gas boiler.
Air source heat pumps take heat from the outside air, even in winter, and use it to heat your home and hot water. We survey the property, size the system correctly and install it with the right emitters and cylinder, so it runs efficiently from day one.
Air conditioning systems contain fluorinated refrigerant gases. In the UK, anyone installing, servicing or repairing them must hold F-Gas certification, and the company must be certified too.
Our engineers hold Category 1, the highest level, and Hoad is accredited through REFCOM. That means your system is installed legally, leak-checked properly and backed by the paperwork your insurer and manufacturer warranty expect.
We assess the space, heat loads and best unit positions.
A clear, itemised price with equipment options.
Neat, tested installation and full F-Gas documentation.
Optional maintenance plan to protect your warranty.

Yes. Most modern systems are reversible, providing efficient heating in winter as well as cooling in summer.
A single wall-mounted system in a home is usually completed in a day. Multi-room and commercial systems vary; we give you a clear timeline with your quote.
Often not, but it depends on the property, its location and where the outdoor unit goes. Listed buildings, flats and conservation areas may need consent. We will advise during the survey.
We recommend at least once a year. Some commercial systems also need regular F-Gas leak checks by law, which we carry out and record for you.
Yes. Our engineers work on all major brands, whoever installed the system.
